I was honestly unsure about this experience at first. I’ve tried so many modalities to connect with my higher self, and I wasn’t convinced this would be any different. I even felt anxious as the gold paint was applied, wondering if it would really do anything. But once I saw myself transformed, something shifted inside me. I felt an unexpected connection to my inner goddess, like I was seeing myself for the first time—radiant and powerful. Like reborn, but in gold. I loved that feeling.

Zack welcomed me into this beautiful, sacred space where we focused on my intentions and crafted affirmations that resonated with my subconscious. The breathwork and meditation helped me settle in, and I started to feel that this might be different from what I’d done before.
